The Office of Leadership & Learning supports the development of civically engaged leaders through living-learning communities, service-learning and civic engagement, and leadership development programs.
Students who participate in Leadership & Learning programs will:
- Develop a stronger sense of belonging and community at ůůֱ²¥
- Engage in self-reflection to better understand oneself and the world around them
- Develop key leadership competencies necessary for today's workforce and global citizenship
- Serve the local community through service-learning experiences, civic engagement, and application of the social change model of leadership development

The ůůֱ²¥ Women’s Initiative Network Mentor Program was established by First Lady Emerita Kate Broderick and ůůֱ²¥ Board of Visitors member Pamela Kirk to provide students with additional resources for their continued success.
